Responsibilities
Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting and showering
Responding immediately to calls from residents for assistance and alert nurse of any change in conditions
Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and keep physical strength by encouraging and assisting with tasks
Replacing linens on beds and assisting residents with keeping rooms clean interaction with residents each day
Qualification
Required
Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Preferred
CPR certification preferred, not required upon hire
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
