The role involves working closely with leadership to strengthen relationships with donors and community members, particularly in support of a major building campaign.

Serve as a strategic partner in donor and community engagement initiatives

Help plan and host fundraising and cultivation events

Prepare slide decks, presentations, and donor materials

Manage donor correspondence, including personalized thank-you letters

Support development strategy and special projects tied to the upcoming capital campaign
