Ensure our customers receive excellent customer service
Building relationships with our sales reps
Process orders, provide product availability and order status (ESD) via phone and email
Provide tracking information and issue Returned Material Authorizations (RMA)
The capability to address job issues and deliver optimal solutions
Strong organizational skills with focus on data entry and record keeping
Assist customers with all post sales inquiries and questions, in a timely manner
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Excellent technical capabilities to include MS Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn new product information and seize opportunities to expand your job knowledge
Strong Customer Service experience
Lighting Sales Experience is a must!
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience is preferred
Knowledge of NetSuite software is PLUS!
