Responsibilities
Prospect like a pro — referral generation, D2D, and phone calls are your bread and butter
Prove yourself — start by self-generating and closing your own leads
Recruit & build — once you’ve shown results, begin building your own team of sales killers
Get calendar support — we’ll feed you call center appointments and new recruits, but you’ll also recruit and coach your own
Lead from the front — stay in the top 3 of your team’s closers every month
Scale your income — overrides + personal sales = next-level earnings
Qualification
Required
Previous solar sales or direct sales experience required
Reliable transportation
Laptop or tablet for presenting
Must have a LEAD from the FRONT leadership style
Preferred
Experienced solar sales leaders/managers (not entry-level)
Proven ability to sell, recruit, and train
Relentless prospector — referrals, D2D, and calls don't scare you
Driven, competitive, and ready to dominate the Las Vegas solar market
