Co-design core gameplay mechanics and systems focused on family connection
Translate emotional and social goals into clear, playable experiences
Prototype and iterate on early game concepts with intention and speed
Collaborate closely with engineering, art, and storytelling as the team forms
Help establish the design principles and standards for A Tiger Cub’s games
Qualification
Required
You've designed games or interactive experiences and can clearly explain your design decisions
You care about player psychology, pacing, and emotional impact
You enjoy early-stage work and shaping ideas from the ground up
You're excited by games that bring people together, across ages and generations
You value collaboration but are comfortable taking ownership
