Supervise and coordinate the activities of laboratory staff, including laboratory technicians, phlebotomists, and administrative personnel

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, quality control procedures, and accreditation standards

Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities, including proficiency testing and quality control programs

Participate in the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth laboratory operations and effective communication

Participate in laboratory quality improvement initiatives and educational programs

Maintain accurate and complete records of laboratory tests, results, and quality control activities

Ensure timely and efficient turnaround of laboratory results

Provide exceptional patient care and service
