3+ years exp7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the U.S. In this role, you will source and engage candidates for legal process serving positions while partnering with the sourcing team to build strong candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities
Generate candidate leads through high-volume outreach (cold calling, SMS/text, and email campaigns)
Use creative sourcing strategies to connect with qualified candidates quickly and consistently
Maintain and organize pipelines and talent pools in a CRM/ATS
Track outreach activity and hiring progress using spreadsheets and basic data tools
Keep hiring managers informed on sourcing strategy, pipeline health, and hiring results
Adjust recruiting tactics based on market conditions and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
Experience sourcing candidates proactively and running outreach campaigns at scale
Comfortable working with Excel (formatting, formulas, and data organization)
Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines in a CRM or ATS
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience creating email or e-marketing campaigns is a plus
Legal recruiting experience or legal industry knowledge is preferred
