Responsibilities

Support additive manufacturing operations: Assist with preparing builds, operating industrial 3D printers, and performing post-processing tasks to ensure parts meet quality and safety standards
Quality control & documentation: Inspect printed parts, record process data, and help maintain documentation to support consistent production and continuous improvement
Equipment & workflow support: Help with material handling, basic printer maintenance, and day-to-day lab organization to keep additive workflows running efficiently

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14, 2026)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
Ability to commute to our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week
