Responsibilities

5+ years of IT project management experience
Experience with Agile and complex application development projects
Own overall project schedule, budget, and deliverables
Lead complex application development projects
Drive Agile methodologies and facilitate project meetings
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Manage change processes and stakeholder communication
Oversee large-scale mergers, migrations, and system integrations
Ensure knowledge transfer and post-project evaluations
PMP or Certified Scrum Master preferred
