Qualification
Required
Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
Experience in mechanical or electrical design engineering
Proficiency in Project Management and effective planning practices
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as business presentation skills
The ability to effectively interface with all levels of management and staff across organizational lines, including other client business units
Must be located in the United States
This is NOT a software engineering role
Preferred
Experience in critical facility design is a plus
advanced degree preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred
