Responsibilities
Assist with data gathering, data input, and preparation of financial plans
Support use of eMoney, including organizing client information and generating planning reports
Help prepare meeting materials, summaries, and planning deliverables
Assist with account documentation, transfers, and client administrative needs
Update CRM records and support general operational workflows
Participate in ad hoc planning and operations projects under advisor guidance
Contribute to client service and in-office hospitality to ensure an excellent client experience
Qualification
Required
Minimum GPA of 3.0 in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
Self-starter with initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, possess excellent time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
