Responsibilities

Design and develop Appian applications & workflow solutions that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable workflow-driven solutions
Build and maintain integrations between Appian and external systems
Support applications across the full development lifecycle, including testing and production support
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and informal training to team members using Appian

Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Appian
Approximately 5 years of overall software development experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in team-oriented development environments

Preferred

Background working with full-stack or enterprise systems using technologies such as ASP.NET, JavaScript, and web services (REST or SOAP)
Experience querying and supporting databases such as SQL Server (2016 or newer)
Familiarity with source control tools like Git
Exposure to agile delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
