Responsibilities

Deploy our platform into complex enterprise environments and make it work
Build integrations against legacy APIs, financial systems, and telephony stacks that weren't designed for AI
Debug production issues in real-time, often in systems you didn't build and can't fully control
Write custom tooling, data pipelines, deployment automation, build systems from scratch

Strong engineering fundamentals. You pick up unfamiliar systems fast

You've deployed software into environments you don't control
Energized by hard problems in production, not just greenfield projects
