They are seeking a Program Manager to support a new contract with the EPA, focusing on program and project management, strategic planning, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field

10-12 years' experience

PMP Certification

Working knowledge of the EPA and other Federal Government Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Experience in writing analytic reports based on review and application of critical thinking skills towards complex hierarchal structures and relationships

Basic understanding of international dynamics in relation to U.S. security concerns

Experience with security-related data systems such as the National Industrial Security System (NISS), and the Defense Information System for Security - Joint Verification System (DISS-JVS)

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Ability to understand and apply the principles of research to analyze, evaluate, and interpret raw data collected from multiple sources

Current Top-Secret (TS) security clearance verifiable through DISS-JVS, and prior to start date
