Responsibilities
Continuously improve operations, processes, and people to ensure quality, speed, safety, and value creation
Set and execute strategies across EV charger product development, aligning sales, operations, and management teams
Develop long-term growth strategies and create execution roadmaps
Support domestic growth initiatives and pursue new market opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure flawless execution with a safety-first, quality-driven culture
Stay ahead of EV industry trends and innovations, implementing best practices that maximize customer value and profitability
Qualification
Required
12+ years of operational leadership experience in a high-growth environment (EV, Solar, Clean Energy, Infrastructure, or related industries)
Proven ability to scale and optimize organizations, with a track record of turning growth strategies into measurable results
Strong background in clean energy, infrastructure, EV charging, or investment/asset management
Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-paced, 'bring order to chaos' environments
Exceptional project management, process design, and execution skills
Superior interpersonal, executive communication, and presentation abilities
Alignment with our mission to accelerate the EV transition and deliver real climate solutions
BA required; MBA strongly preferred
