Qualification
Required
Strong programming skills, including experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar)
Be able to work 996 Startup hours with competitive pay and equity
Expertise in system architecture design, cloud services, and building scalable, reliable backend infrastructures
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks; experience with natural language processing (NLP) is a plus
Experience with software development best practices, such as testing, code reviews, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Proven ability to work in startup environments, adapting to fast-paced change and tackling diverse challenges
Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and collaborative mindset
Pursing or finished Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant work experience can be considered in place of formal education
