Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and test, to ensure that projects are properly planned and executed
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, including technical, schedule, and budget risks
Develop and maintain project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks
Collaborate with other integrated product teams to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and customer needs

Required

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and test, to ensure that projects are properly planned and executed
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, including technical, schedule, and budget risks

Strong technical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change
Experience using Confluence, JIRA, or Version 1 or similar tools for project planning and tracking
Experience throughout the engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test, and operational deployment)
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills
