Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients within the holistic wealth management division
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships through regular meetings, reviews, and proactive outreach
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, requests, and planning updates
Ensure all client interactions meet a high standard of attentiveness, accuracy, and follow-through
Develop and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s goals, risk tolerance, and life stage
Design detailed retirement income strategies, including accumulation, distribution, and longevity planning
Monitor, track, and update retirement plans on an ongoing basis as client circumstances evolve
Prepare cash flow, net worth, and scenario-based planning analyses
Prepare and review investment portfolio summaries and asset allocation analyses
Support portfolio rebalancing discussions and long-term investment strategy reviews
Collaborate with advisors to ensure investment recommendations align with financial plans
Utilize tax planning software to evaluate current and future tax strategies
Identify tax-efficient planning opportunities and coordinate with internal or external tax professionals
Run, analyze, and compare illustrations for annuities, life insurance, and long-term care (LTC) solutions
Assist in evaluating estate planning considerations and risk management strategies
Prepare detailed financial planning reports, projections, and presentations
Handle customized, one-off financial analyses as requested by clients or advisors
Maintain accurate documentation and planning records across internal systems
Work closely with Lead Advisors and internal team members in a collaborative, pod-based environment
Conduct structured client review meetings according to assigned service models
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions into ongoing service
Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through additional planning services or assets with existing clients

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with clients as a Financial Planner
Active Series 65 or Series 66 license (required)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial models and planning spreadsheets
Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple client relationships, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated passion for financial and retirement planning
