Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and timely solutions
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients in the field
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications products and services
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts
Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Travel locally or regionally as needed for client meetings, site visits, and networking events

Required

2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to understand and explain technical products and services in simple terms
Comfortable working in both office and field environments
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
