Media Production
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and researching potential brand sponsors and partners
Help draft outreach messages, proposals, and pitch materials
Support partnership conversations and relationship management
Learn the fundamentals of content monetization, sponsorship strategy, and brand alignment
Gain exposure to content production workflows , from ideation to distribution
Assist with content organization, publishing schedules, and performance tracking
Contribute ideas for new service offerings and partnership-driven projects
Participate in weekly strategy discussions and feedback sessions
Qualification
Required
Current university students or recent graduates
Strong communicators who are proactive and curious
Interest in business development, marketing, media, or social impact
Comfortable learning by doing in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Self-starters who want meaningful experience—not just a line on a resume
