Identifying, negotiating, and managing real estate opportunities to support the company's growth

Evaluating and securing new property leases

Overseeing lease administration

Maintaining current real estate assets

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance with commercial real estate standards and company objectives

Required

Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration

Experience with Leases and understanding of legal and financial aspects

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in retail or entertainment real estate management is beneficial
