Wake County Public School System is seeking a Processing Technician in Customer Service to support the Transportation department. The role involves processing stipends for Exceptional Children Transportation families, responding to inquiries, maintaining documentation, and compiling reports.

Responsibilities

Processes documents and forms for Transportation stipend families, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all stipend-related paperwork

Ensures complete and accurate data capture and reporting; builds reports and tracks information using Microsoft Office specifically for stipend processing

Performs a variety of general office duties to support the activities of the Transportation department including receiving telephone calls, maintaining and updating records, preparing documents, and providing effective customer service

Attends and participates in team meetings and activities

Performs other related duties, as assigned
