Responsibilities

Greeting inbound callers and completing applications for those customers who want to apply for life insurance

Advise our customers on their insurance purchasing decision

Help complete their applications

Follow up through underwriting to make sure they get the policy they want

Provide scripted dialogue

Stay friendly

Make outbound follow up calls to those who've self-quoted at our website

Assist customers in completing their applications

Get additional money rewards for high placement ratios

Qualification

Required

Must have completed (or be currently enrolled) in a 4-year college degree with a business or business-oriented major

A state-issued life insurance license in hand on your start date

Availability to work nights, weekends and some weekdays

Strong sense of internal motivation - coachability is a must! We're looking for sales agents who want to develop a lucrative career, tackle new opportunities and grow both personally and professionally

Ability to consistently achieve a monthly quota
