Informing Parent Paying Support (PPS) options for making payments
Registering PPS to make electronic payments Informing Person Receiving Support (PRS), the options they have for receiving payments: EPC, bank account/direct deposit
Informing Employers of the options for making payments for their employees who are ordered to pay child support Registering Employers to make electronic payments
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Provide high-quality service by effectively understanding and addressing customer needs
Demonstrate professionalism and a friendly attitude while resolving customer issues
Adapt to ongoing policy and procedure updates within the team
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong computer and phone skills; proficiency in web-based applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage customer interactions with confidence and provide resolutions effectively
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years or older
