GTM Account Executive, North America

The GTM Account Executive will drive new business by prospecting and engaging with potential customers across North America, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Responsibilities

Generate new business by identifying leads, booking meetings, and exceeding outreach targets through phone, email, and in-person engagement
Prospect face-to-face by visiting businesses and attending trade shows, conferences, and local events to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies tailored to each prospect's needs and decision-making process
Clearly communicate Odoo’s value proposition while guiding prospects through the sales funnel from discovery to close
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, tracking all sales activities and pipeline progress
Achieve or exceed sales quotas through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and timely deal closures

Required

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
1+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally involving outbound prospecting and cold calling
Experience selling SaaS solutions or working in a tech-driven sales environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects
Self-motivated and curious, with a strong interest in understanding business needs

Preferred

Brings energy and professionalism while contributing to a friendly, collaborative team culture
Familiarity with business software such as accounting, inventory, CRM, POS, manufacturing, or eCommerce
High personal drive and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales organization
