Responsibilities

Core administrator for IBM OS/400, Silverlake, and ancillary products, user base for all partitions and both production and disaster recovery site cores

Maintain the banks Summit/UAT/Turnover environment and manage/promote JHA software changes

Assist with monitoring and maintaining the banks replication software (Mimix) and report/correct errors

Help manage the banks JHA 3rd Party Statement Interface product and associated upstream vendors

Assist with Windows security patch management of the banks ATM and 4Sight networks

Maintain the 4/Sight network and application users (Active Directory, Launch Pad, 4Sight upgrades, etc.)

Train and assist 4/Sight users

Take care of 4/Sight Branch Capture hardware issues and repairs

Backup for morning opening procedures

Order supplies for the department
