Account Executive
Office Hours is an on-demand platform connecting organizations with domain experts across technology and life sciences. The Account Executive will own full-cycle pipeline creation and conversion, driving opportunities from first touch through to close to help scale the business.

Responsibilities
Close deals
Manage full sales cycle: outreach → qualify → demo → proof of concept → negotiate → close
Source outbound leads and qualify and convert inbound leads
Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach and sales strategy based on what works
Approach challenges with resourcefulness and persistence; find creative solutions when things don’t go according to plan
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of sales experience, especially in roles with significant outbound prospecting
Competitive and confident, you believe you can win and you go after it
Self-driven and resourceful
Low-ego, team-oriented: collaborate well, support others, and share wins
Comfortable with change and ambiguity — flexible, nimble, and capable of adjusting quickly
Great communicator
Optimist with a growth mindset
Comfortable with sales automation tools and CRM systems
