Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
Conduct inside sales activities including phone and email support for customers
Participate in outside sales visits to meet with clients, provide product guidance, and support business growth
Write customer orders and discuss pricing, availability, and product alternatives
Assist warehouse team with order preparation and product pickup
Provide input on marketing, events, and customer communications
Ensure customers have a positive experience and meet their business needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years of customer service or administrative experience (retail, hospitality, restaurant, or office)
Proficient with computers and order management systems
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple customer accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with a sense of urgency
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 2+ years of industry experience
