Responsibilities
Build and execute the U.S. EHS strategy, including policies, SOPs, audit frameworks, and emergency response
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local safety/environmental regulations
Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis
Oversee nationwide store safety audits and support food safety-related operational controls
Develop safety training programs and promote a proactive safety culture
Build and manage an EHS team; oversee external audit vendors and annual budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields
10+ years of EHS leadership experience; 5+ years in QSR, café, or retail foodservice
Strong understanding of OSHA, multi-site safety operations, and scaling environments
Preferred
Experience in Starbucks, McDonald's, Dunkin', Chipotle, or similar brands preferred
Bilingual English/Mandarin is a strong plus
