Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system, network, and application issues
Deploy patches, upgrades, and system improvements
Support Kubernetes and containerized workloads
Assist with security controls, backups, and disaster recovery
Create and maintain clear, useful documentation
Participate in infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of systems administration experience
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Azure, and Kubernetes
Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash)
A solid understanding of security best practices and system hardening
Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
Preferred
Microsoft Azure Administrator
Linux+ or RHCSA
VMware VCTA / VCP
CKA / CKAD
