Responsibilities
Defining and managing the requirements management plan, integrating with acquisition milestones and the USACE PCR II schedule
Leading stakeholder sessions (mission owners, TPOCs, contracting, end-users) to validate priorities and ensuring alignment with funding and acquisition strategy
Organizing and conducting monthly status and deliverable reviews with government leadership
Tracking requirement progress and risk against key milestones (draft by 1 Mar 2026, final by 30 Apr 2026)
Producing supporting baseline documentation (ICDs, CDDs, draft RFP sections, or equivalent)
Qualification
Required
