Litigation Legal Secretary

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to multiple Attorneys
Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery
Experience and knowledge of e-filing in state and federal court, case management, Harris County Civil Courts docket procedures, document review, and exhibit preparation
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be familiar with Texas State and Federal rules of civil procedures
Provide administrative support to multiple Attorneys
Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery
Experience and knowledge of e-filing in state and federal court, case management, Harris County Civil Courts docket procedures, document review, and exhibit preparation
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
Candidates must have excellent analytical and written communication skills
