Responsibilities
Supervises Baristas – includes recruiting, training and integration, performance feedback, goal setting, department staff meetings, and associate communication
Works on the floor as a Barista, with evening, weekend & holiday availability to ensure quality control during all open hours
Keeps inventory & orders supplies for the department, staying within department budget
Assist in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation
Ensure all Baristas are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles
Overseeing Spa Café operations and responsibilities of café staff and ensure all guest contact is handled in a courteous and professional manner
Ensuring all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards
Accurately processes food ordering, production & food cost at a timely manner
Responsible for new menu creation and development for Kohler Waters Spa Café
Maintains food safety certification and bartending license
Follows food safety and workplace safety practices at all times
Qualification
Required
Must hold a high school diploma at a minimum, college or technical education preferred
Previous serving and barista experience is required
Candidate must have the ability to complete Learn 2 Serve Certification and obtain a Bartending license within 30 days of employment
Required to successfully fulfill training criteria before customer contact
Strong organizational skills are required
Preferred
Previous supervisory experience is preferred
Ideal candidate will possess strong, effective communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
