eDiscovery Applications Support Engineer
IST Management is a business process outsourcing company that provides a full range of litigation support services. They are seeking an eDiscovery Applications Support Engineer responsible for supporting and maintaining critical eDiscovery applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring system availability.

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support and troubleshooting for Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, Brainspace, and other leading eDiscovery platforms
Administer and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions
Manage incidents and requests through Jira Service Management, ensuring SLA adherence
Create, improve, and maintain technical documentation in Confluence to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including Microsoft SQL Server database-related problems
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure system availability and responsiveness
Collaborate with IT and project teams to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and deliver project work
Document processes and contribute to continual improvement of workflows, automation, and efficiency
Support environment provisioning, system builds, patching, configuration management, and security initiatives (e.g., risk assessments, vulnerability scanning)
Participate in Scrum team activities to plan and execute strategic initiatives
Take direction from supervisor and adhere to all company policies and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have legal US authorization to work for any employer
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2+ years in legal support, application support, or technical support
Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query execution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Scripting experience to automate tasks and processes
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Knowledge of legal technology workflows, the EDRM Framework, and industry best practices
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus
Preferred
Experience in Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, Brainspace, and other eDiscovery applications
Relativity certification (RCA)
ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL practices
