Responsibilities

Maintain ledgers for funds, subsidiaries, and management companies, book daily cash transactions, and reconcile intercompany balances
Manage expense reimbursements per partnership agreements and perform monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare and distribute financial reports, partner capital statements, and capital call/distribution notices
Provide schedules and documentation for audits, coordinate tax filings, and distribute K-1s for fund and GP entities
Maintain and update fund accounting and LP contact management systems, including Investran and QuickBooks

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
1-2 years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, or other investment firms preferred
Proficiency in Investran, QuickBooks, and advanced Microsoft Excel required
Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Preferred

1-2 years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, or other investment firms preferred
