Responsibilities

Develop and refine manufacturing processes for power electronics and motor assemblies
Support creation and updates of work instructions, tooling, and fixtures to meet quality and traceability requirements
Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformances and build issues
Collaborate with technicians and engineers during hardware builds, test setups, and process validations

Required

Pursuing undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering; previous co-op, internship, or related work experience required
Heading into junior or senior year of undergraduate degree or above
Available Summer 2026
Excellent problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills while working with cross functional teams
Strong analytical and practical understanding of mechanical design
Ability to take a proactive hands-on approach to problem identification, prototyping, iterative design, validation testing, and troubleshooting
