Responsibilities
Perform standard engineering assignments typically in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, execution of field tasks, resolution of field problems, and resolution of quality events
Develop awareness of government regulations, organization, industry and customer engineering standards with support of senior staff
Under a mentor’s guidance, evaluate, select and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgement in making minor adaptations and modifications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Basic knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria
Exposure to use of CAD modeling and computer programming skills

Preferred
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and/or chemical manufacturing systems
Ability to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously
Adaptable and able to continually apply safety and lessons learned to decisions
Ability to communicate with craft, engineers, and operators
Ability and willingness to work directly in a production environment
Previous internship/co-op experience in field of study
