Caregiver / Personal Assistant
SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Caregiver / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for clients' well-being and comfort. This role involves assisting with daily activities, managing household tasks, and providing companionship to enhance the client's quality of life.

Responsibilities
Run errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions, and provide transportation to various appointments and social activities
Manage schedules, organize appointments, and assist with correspondence and communication
Assists with household operations, including coordinating with service providers, managing household supplies, and ensuring the home is well-maintained
Assist with personal care tasks as needed, such as dressing, grooming, etc
Perform household tasks including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and laundry
Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed
Provide companionship, including social interaction and conversation
Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven experience as a personal care assistant or similar role is required
High School diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving preferred
Valid CA Driver's License
Knowledge of caregiving best practices and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Physical ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds
Preferred
Additional training or certification in caregiving preferred
Licensed and bonded a plus
