Take charge of the day-to-day management of our hospice agency community liaisons, ensuring they're fully equipped and focused on engaging with our target accounts effectively

Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to our community liaisons, empowering them with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles and effectively manage accounts

Keep a pulse on sales metrics and KPIs by generating regular reports on visit frequency, referrals, and other key metrics for the region, helping us stay informed and agile in our approach

Assist in the recruitment process for open or new/growth community liaison positions, playing a key role in building a high-performing team that drives results

Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about market trends, competition, and best practices in sales techniques and strategies, ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry
