They are seeking a Press Production Manager to oversee operations in the Press Department during the overnight shift, managing personnel and equipment while ensuring production standards and safety procedures are met.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations in the Press Department
Monitor production standards and schedules
Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to proper safety procedures
Coordinater preventative maintenance and repairs on machines
Manage employee attendance and payroll information
Oversee performance management of employees including training and development
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in direct mail preferred
Production/Manufacturing management strongly preferred
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Strong decision-making skills and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive workplace culture
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Flexibility to work extended hours, including before or after scheduled shift and weekends, as needed
