Responsibilities

The candidate will provide analytical support in business, financial, cost, or program management to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) office of Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD)

Typical duties performed include analysis, logistics, program management, capabilities-based assessments, operational views, risk assessment; cost, financial, or management analysis; and business processes and programs

Will develop and/or review acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, and procedures as well as prepare business analytical reports for executives or clients

Will be responsible for applying comprehensive methods for analyzing business processes

Conduct capabilities-based assessments, analyses of alternatives, cost, and management analyses

Assist in creating operational views, providing business process input to architecture development, and risk assessment

Help develop plans of action and timetables in order to meet established deadlines, and assist in the development of executive briefings, detailed technical documentation, memos, and contract deliverables
