Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within an assigned Emory Healthcare operating unit and/or division
Deliver exceptional HR services, support, and consultation to internal stakeholders
Focus on culture/engagement, talent management, organizational development, change management and HR best practices
Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development
Assist in the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching
Work with leadership to assess organizational needs and propose HR solutions that support business objectives
Drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, and inclusion that promote a positive work environment
Offer expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee development
Stay current on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and decision-making
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and employee documentation
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Proven experience in HR, with at least three (3) years as an HR Business Partner or HR Service Delivery Consultant
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred
Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
Experience in healthcare preferred
Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems
Change management and project management skills
