Map and engage VP and C-suite talent across technology, digital transformation, data, product, and manufacturing tech ecosystems

Conduct deep research to segment executive talent markets with accuracy

Apply advanced Boolean and semantic strategies to uncover hidden talent

Monitor competitor and industry shifts to surface high-potential candidates

Use AI to generate predictive insights on candidate career trajectories

Automate resume ranking and funnel optimization using AI filters

Deploy personalized AI-driven outreach engines to increase executive engagement

Partner directly with the senior tech leadership to define search strategies aligned with digital manufacturing, cloud modernization, and enterprise data priorities

Deliver pre-vetted candidates that align with role scorecards

Partner with recruiters weekly to refine pipelines and priorities

Provide recruiters with contextual insights and positioning strategies

Track and report metrics on sourcing velocity, quality, and outcomes

Maintain transparent, accurate records in ATS and sourcing trackers

Consistently deliver pipelines ahead of organizational demand

Build the sourcing function from the ground up (org design, systems)

Define priorities, goals, and execution metrics for sourcing
