Responsibilities
Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment (shop and field) as directed by the Manager
Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
Perform welding/fabrication as needed
Recommend/document repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates
Maintain detailed and accurate service records
Stay current on industry trends and technical advancements
Communicate with OEM/factory for technical support
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and hydrostatic systems
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel locally for field service calls as needed
Preferred
Welding experience
