Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of the critical systems, building and support plant operations, and corporate office environments
Analyze trends and utilize data to anticipate and proactively address issues in the client environment
Demonstrated success directly interfacing with client senior management, vendors, and throughout all levels of the organization
Effectively utilizes data and analytics in the communication of solutions and decision making
Conduct planned inspections to check the level of services provided
Supervision of JLL Engineering personnel
Closely monitor work requests communicated by JLL, the client and vendors
Continuously raise the bar in vendor quality and service while reducing overall costs
Hold vendors accountable for delivering high quality service per contract scope of work
Partner with vendors to continuously improve service quality and resolve/troubleshoot service issues
Develop and maintain positive client relationship
Conflict resolution and solution analysis
Genuine service-oriented individual that is focused on the customer experience and able to provide continued monitoring of established quality
Resolve internal quality issues and customer complaints concerning product and or service dissatisfaction
Manage routine touchpoints with regional client teams to proactively engage on and resolve issues
Provides contract compliance management and quality control
Responsible for assisting with JLL Engineering compliance program
Familiarization with applicable codes, comply with specifications, and ensure standards are met within the scope of company policies and procedures, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations
Financial acumen to manage budgets for projects and operations
Preparation of detailed scopes of work and costs for operations projects
Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports

Required

Leadership responsibility for the operation team's management of Client's facilities
Management and resolution of Client escalations within regional facilities
Ensure quality delivery of Facility Management Operations
Meet or exceed all contract deliverables, including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction initiatives, and service improvements

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5-10 Years of relevant experience
Proven experience managing a team
Strong technical knowledge of building systems
Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
