7+ years expJLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (SFM) to join their team in the Texas market, supporting sites in Richardson/Allen and Austin. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for office and lab spaces, overseeing client relationships, supplier services, and financial performance while managing a team of Facility Management professionals.

Responsibilities
Manage assigned staff performance and maintain supplier interfaces ensuring contract compliance, accurate reporting, and resolution of occupant relations issues
Prepare and manage facility budgets aligned with client objectives while controlling monthly/quarterly/annual expenses within approved limits and implementing cost-reduction initiatives
Lead overall team management including staff development, succession planning, compensation planning, and building actionable career development plans for all direct reports
Achieve contracted KPIs and SLAs while ensuring work orders and projects are delivered on time and on budget, leveraging appropriate JLL resources
Provide facility services according to standard processes and ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Provide detailed explanations and implement recovery processes for all budget variances while actively pursuing cost-reducing opportunities
Maintain consistent progress conversations with direct reports and execute measurable development plans to drive individual and team growth
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in client relationship management and service delivery
Experience with facilities management/CMMS software. (Corrigo Experience a plus)
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in facilities management
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
