Responsibilities
Review loan files to verify required documents are accurate and complete before underwriting
Manage and track loans through ARIVE or LendingPad mortgage software
Ensure compliance with FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs
Audit files for quality and prepare them to meet closing objectives
Communicate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to obtain necessary documentation and resolve issues
Qualification
Required
Must be fully Bilingual in Spanish
Must be comfortable to Read, Write, Speak, and Work throughout the day in Spanish
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
Experience with wholesale/broker loans required
Familiarity with wholesale lender portals required
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
