Project Manager II

Responsibilities
Lead essential initiatives that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
Oversee complex projects in the Filling, Packaging, and Labels departments from initiation through successful delivery
Ensure effective execution and stakeholder satisfaction
Lead SKU attributes (expiration dating) investigations
Right First Time improvements through document improvements
Own project A3s to support the Downstream strategy
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources and timelines, and implement process improvements while maintaining the highest quality standards
Qualification
Required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screen
Advanced Degree with no experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated/technical environment
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, project management software and business systems
Strong financial and budget management capabilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
Demonstrated leadership abilities in cross-functional team environments
Process improvement and change management experience
Strong customer focus and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment
Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in the applicable industry
Preferred
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus
Additional relevant certifications beneficial (e.g., Six Sigma, Agile)
Experience with quality management systems (GMP, ISO) preferred
