Private Markets Product Solutioning Manager – Private Credit and Semi Liquid Products - VP
State Street is making a multi-year strategic investment in Private Markets, seeking a qualified leader for product development and solutioning in Private Credit. The VP will develop and implement State Street's Credit products and services, collaborating with teams to align on a global platform and drive market strategies.

Responsibilities
In collaboration with the SVP of Private Credit & Solutions and our delivery and technology teams, assist in creating our go-to market and product strategy, including assessments of internal capabilities and the competitive landscape as well as drive service and technology enhancements
Provide subject matter expertise – The candidate will need a strong background in the Private Credit space and develop a thorough understanding of State Street’s end- to- end strategic operating model and technology stack. The candidate will require the ability to develop integrated solutions that can be deployed for complex clients
Drive solutions – The candidate will support and partner with teams across State Street’s global organization to define and solution critical deals and to ensure that the relevant subject matter experts are consulted and critical design assumptions and strategic options are thoroughly explored
Represent State Street at industry events, provide key subject matter expertise in client meetings and provide thought leadership both internally and externally
Research & Market Analysis – The candidate will need to keep up to date with key competitor intelligence and emerging industry trends to help drive State Street’s strategic focus
Support sales commercialization activities
Assist sales in the sourcing of new business opportunities through industry network, existing relationships and new business opportunities
Responsible for the end-to-end pricing of products and service offering, assist sales and relationship teams with deal specific negotiation items as applicable
Support annual planning and funding prioritization activities where required
Have a thorough understanding of State Street’s strategic plans, business process and technological architecture and apply that knowledge in the solution design and development phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business or Accounting preferred)
10+ years experience desirable
Private Credit experience needed, operations and/or accounting background a plus
Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
Demonstrable experience managing projects and collaborating across teams
Knowledge of or experience leading product development programs/processes related to the financial services industry is a strong advantage
Preferred
Experience in Semi Liquid Product construction and servicing desirable
