Required
Strong interest in Information Technology with a basic understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, networking, and system maintenance

Solid analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to assist with identifying and resolving basic system or network issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members, end users, and stakeholders

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and remain open to new tools, technologies, and processes
